About Nicoll Industries

Established in 2004
by sole Director Lucas Nicoll

Lucas completed his apprenticeship in the commercial construction industry with Fairfield Plumbing and continued to work in the commercial construction industry until establishing Nicoll Industries Pty Ltd.

To establish a respected name in the industry and secure long term business relationships the companies focus in the first couple of years of trading was primarily domestic new housing, renovations and maintenance work. Nicoll Industries has now expanded into commercial contracts while maintaining existing domestic plumbing, maintaining personalised service to all clients big or small.

Since inception Nicoll Industries has completed plumbing works on Houses, Townhouses, Unit Developments, Commercial Warehouses, Schools, Shops, Churches, Sporting Venues, Hotels , Defence Force Housing, Government Buildings to name a few.

Nicoll Industries strives to provide exceptional service to all customers big or small and prides itself on it’s integrity, personalised service and key staff retention. To maintain the personal touch the company size has been maintained to a manageable number of key staff that have been long term employees in the business, some completing their apprenticeship with Nicoll Industries during that time.

The company is mindful of the future of the industry and employs a number of apprentices on an ongoing basis. Apprentices who complete their time with Nicoll Industries are encouraged to accept a permanent position within the company to retain all knowledge, skills and working values they have developed throughout their apprenticeship within the company.
