Nicoll Industries is a Brisbane-based plumbing contractor specialising in commercial & residential construction, fit-outs and utilities across South East Queensland.

How we deliver // the Nicoll method

Early coordination (ECI-friendly):

We workshop design interfaces, access and lead-time risks with builders and consultants. Risks go into a live register.

Program-aligned staging:

Works are sequenced to protect the critical path—clear hold points, inspection windows and cross-trade dependencies.

Safety & quality baked in:

Permits, isolation, SWMS and verification are standard. QA is photo-backed, simple and shareable.

Authority interface management:

We handle submissions and inspections, especially for water/sewer mains and connections.

Handover and close-out

We follow an ITP-driven QA process to minimise defects. Punch lists are closed promptly. You receive a complete Compliance Pack, we brief the asset or facilities team, and we complete a full clean-down.
