We confirm a time window and send an arrival notification so you are not left waiting. If access is tricky, tell us in advance and we will plan for it.

Hot and cold water repiping
A repipe solves repeated leaks, poor pressure, or mixed materials after multiple renovations. We map the existing lines, recommend a layout that suits the home, and repipe with durable, code compliant materials. We keep disruption low by staging sections and restoring service at the end of each day.
Benefits
• Consistent pressure and temperature at all fixtures
• Fewer leaks and fewer call-out.
• Clean, labelled lines that are simple to service in future
Gas repiping and additional appliances
From replacing an old line to adding a cooktop, BBQ point, or heater, gas work needs careful sizing and safe installation. We calculate loads, run the correct pipe size, pressure test, and commission. Appliances are fitted with appropriate isolation and compliance tags.
Common requests
• New gas cooktop or relocation
• Outdoor BBQ bayonet point
• Gas hot water changeover or upgrade
• Heater points where suitable
Blocked drains without the guesswork
Blocked drains usually come down to tree roots, grease, foreign objects, or pipe damage. We clear the line, verify with a camera, and advise a fix that lasts.
Jetting and mechanical clearing
CCTV inspection with footage on request
Practical recommendations: repair, reline, or add better access points
Prevention tips that fit your home and habits
Water efficiency reports and pressure checks
For landlords and property managers, we provide water efficiency reports so you can manage usage and lease obligations confidently. For owners, we test pressure and advise on pressure limiting where it protects fixtures and reduces leak risk. Small checks now often prevent bigger issues later.
