Plumbing for Commercial Construction & Large-Scale Fit Outs
New-build commercial construction, with large-scale fit outs as required. Typical scope includes plant rooms and amenities, gas reticulation with emergency shut-off, fire hydrants and hose reels, civil stormwater, and sewer or stormwater pump wells with rising mains. We plan inspection windows in advance, coordinate with other trades, and keep sign-offs moving with inspection-ready installs and prompt close-out of any items.

Residential / Domestic Construction
New home builds, extensions, architectural homes and house raises delivered neatly and on schedule. Clear set-out, clean rough-in and careful fit-off, sequenced around inspections and other trades. Domestic construction is delivered through your builder — we liaise with any builder and maintain long-term relationships, including exclusive partnerships with boutique builders for 10+ years.

Maintenance Services
Repairs and small works with upfront pricing, plus 24/7 emergencies. Hot water faults and replacements (temporary hot water available if needed), blocked drains, leaks, taps and toilets, leak detection, gutters and appliance installs. Call-out fee applies; EFTPOS available.

By default, the builder or client lodges approvals and pays any fees. We supply the technical inputs, respond to RFIs, and attend inspections.
If requested, we can prepare and lodge certain applications as your agent, with fees passed through at a cost. We will confirm exactly what we can lodge and what remains with you or your consultant.
For infrastructure works, the Network Access Permit (NAP) is held by the head or principal contractor or another nominated permit holder. We do not obtain the NAP. We plan and carry out the live works under that permit and organise shutdowns, isolations, and inspection bookings. If you want us to manage more or less of the process, tell us and we will align. -
