What we install and commission
Complete hydraulic installation from the ground up
End-to-end hydraulics for new builds, including sewer, trade waste, and hot and cold water services. Set-out, rough-in, pressure and function testing, and fit-off delivered to program with inspection windows planned in advance.
Gas reticulation and emergency shut-off
Design confirmation, installation, purging, pressure testing, and commissioning of gas reticulation with emergency shut-off sized to the application. Clear isolation plans and labels so facilities teams know how to operate and maintain the system.
Fire hydrants and hose reels
Hydrant and hose reel systems for new builds and refurbishments. Accurate set-out, protected finishes, pressure and flow tests, and the records needed for practical completion and insurer files. We coordinate with fire certifiers and the builder to keep sign-offs on track.
Civil stormwater drainage
In-ground stormwater within the site boundary, including pits, culverts, and connections. Works are sequenced around slabs and access, levels are verified, and performance is checked before closing up. Work areas remain tidy and safe so neighbouring trades can keep moving.
Sewer and stormwater pump wells and rising mains
Supply and installation of pump wells, control gear, and rising mains sized to the engineering brief. We manage lifts, fit-out, electrical interface coordination, wet testing, and commissioning so the system is ready when the site needs it.

We price from drawings or a written scope and will request clarifications where method choices affect cost or time. Inclusions and exclusions are stated up front. Variations are agreed before proceeding if the brief changes or if site conditions differ from plans. Approved clients can use purchase orders and schedules for small works. Larger packages are usually lump sum against a defined scope.
