What we install and commission

Complete hydraulic installation from the ground up

End-to-end hydraulics for new builds, including sewer, trade waste, and hot and cold water services. Set-out, rough-in, pressure and function testing, and fit-off delivered to program with inspection windows planned in advance.

Gas reticulation and emergency shut-off

Design confirmation, installation, purging, pressure testing, and commissioning of gas reticulation with emergency shut-off sized to the application. Clear isolation plans and labels so facilities teams know how to operate and maintain the system.

Fire hydrants and hose reels

Hydrant and hose reel systems for new builds and refurbishments. Accurate set-out, protected finishes, pressure and flow tests, and the records needed for practical completion and insurer files. We coordinate with fire certifiers and the builder to keep sign-offs on track.

Civil stormwater drainage

In-ground stormwater within the site boundary, including pits, culverts, and connections. Works are sequenced around slabs and access, levels are verified, and performance is checked before closing up. Work areas remain tidy and safe so neighbouring trades can keep moving.

Sewer and stormwater pump wells and rising mains

Supply and installation of pump wells, control gear, and rising mains sized to the engineering brief. We manage lifts, fit-out, electrical interface coordination, wet testing, and commissioning so the system is ready when the site needs it.

    We review drawings and constraints, confirm routes and penetrations, and return a simple staging plan with hold points and inspection windows. Risks and assumptions are recorded so everyone is aligned.

  • Program aligned staging

    Work is sequenced around critical dates such as slab pours, tenancy access, and inspections. Pressure points are flagged early so decisions can be made before delays occur.

  • Safety and quality controls

    Permits, isolation and verification, and SWMS are in place before tools come out. QA is photo based and easy to share with your site team.

  • Clear change control

    If the brief moves or site conditions differ from plans, we issue a documented variation that sets out scope, cost, and time impact. No surprises.

  • Clean handover

    At completion you receive a handover pack with as builts, test results, product data, warranties, certificates, and an index so information can be found quickly.

Fit outs, refurbishments, and live environments

Not all projects are greenfield. We regularly work in live sites where tenants and staff need to keep operating.

  • Staging separates noisy, wet, or dusty works

  • After-hours windows are scheduled in advance

  • Isolation plans are written and communicated

  • Finishes and adjacent work zones are protected

Temporary services can be arranged when needed to reduce downtime during changeovers.

  • We price from drawings or a written scope and will request clarifications where method choices affect cost or time. Inclusions and exclusions are stated up front. Variations are agreed before proceeding if the brief changes or if site conditions differ from plans. Approved clients can use purchase orders and schedules for small works. Larger packages are usually lump sum against a defined scope.

  • Many commercial jobs benefit from early morning, evening, or weekend windows. We plan those windows ahead of time, organise access and inductions, and coordinate with neighbours so the site keeps operating.

  • We attend across Brisbane and SEQ, including Brisbane CBD, Inner North and South, Logan, Ipswich, and Moreton Bay. If your site is nearby, ask and we will confirm coverage and timing.

  • Typical commercial packages range from about 350K to 3M plus. Staged delivery can support larger programs.

  • We can work inside your head contractor safety and QA templates or provide ours. Records are organised and available during the build and at handover.

  • Hard tender, quote against scope, or early involvement for constructability and staging. We adapt to your procurement path.
